Is Direction an app or an implementation?
A complete solution designed and implemented inside your own monday.com environment: board architecture, automations, dashboards and AI agents. You keep ownership of the environment, your access and your data.
Do we need to already use monday.com?
No. We can deploy Direction in a new monday.com environment or adapt it to an existing account when the current architecture is healthy.
What role do AI agents play?
They check, prepare and flag. Decisions stay with your team, but the critical information arrives ready.
Are Horizon Clock and OCR by Horizon required?
No. They are our own monday.com-integrated tools, in development, not yet available on the monday.com marketplace. Direction works with or without them.
