A file from the first contact.
Contact details, requested work and plans stay together. The estimator picks up the request with the context needed to prepare a price.
A call, a set of plans, a submission deadline: keep the file together. Direction par Horizon brings each work request into one place so your estimator knows what to price and which decisions are still pending.

Each potential job has a file and a next step.
Contact details, requested work and plans stay together. The estimator picks up the request with the context needed to prepare a price.
Qualification, preparation and the client’s decision: statuses distinguish requests still in progress from contracts won.
Conversations and decisions stay with the request, even when the person responsible changes.
The source of each request and the reasons for declining or losing it help you review which opportunities to pursue.
The Opportunity module in Direction par Horizon brings together the contact, address, plans and deadlines for each work request. Your team decides which jobs to price, tracks their progress and records the client’s decision. The estimator can find the information needed when work on the quote begins.
Yes. Your team specifies whether the client needs a budget estimate or a quote. For a call for tenders, it keeps the reference, award method and requirements in the file. It also distinguishes the client submission deadline from the date by which subcontractors must provide their prices.
When the opportunity moves to “Quote in progress”, Direction par Horizon prepares the estimating items from the template for the work and creates an initial Quote record. The estimator continues pricing from the existing file, using the information collected during qualification.
The record retains the source of the request, its progress and the decision taken. Your team can indicate that it will not quote and record why a contract was lost. A colleague taking over the file can find the client context and decisions already recorded.
