Approach

A compass, not a treasure map.

Nobody implements an operations system by following a frozen 18-month plan. We set a clear direction, then move through milestones you approve. A first process live from phase one.

Discuss your operations

Two doors in. One route.

The system lives in monday.com. You enter through a straightforward implementation, or through the complete system with built-in AI agents. Either way, the method is the same.

A straightforward monday.com implementation

Your processes structured in monday.com, no AI: the right boards, the right automations, the right people accountable. Nothing beyond what serves your operations.

The complete system, with AI agents

The same system, plus agents configured where they create concrete value: preparing follow-ups, gathering context, flagging exceptions. They prepare the work. Your team keeps the decisions.

Four stops, and you approve each one.

A first useful process in production, typically within 4 to 8 weeks. Then the system grows with you.

Stop 01 · We listenMap

Two to three days of workshops with your key people. We observe your operations as they really are: the decisions to make, the friction points, the data in circulation, from the office to the field. Nothing gets configured before we understand where information gets lost and who decides what. What you get: a clear picture of where information gets lost, and the first process to structure.

Stop 02 · We frameDesign

We draw the first process: the boards, the automations, the agent roles and their limits. You see the plan before anything is configured, with clickable prototypes, and you approve it step by step. What you get: a plan you have validated, step by step.

Stop 03 · You're liveDeploy

The first process goes into production on your real work, not a demo. We train the teams who use it, in the office and in the field, and we adjust with them. Each following milestone builds on the lessons of the previous one. What you get: a first process live from phase one.

Stop 04 · You're autonomousTransfer

Training for your power users, documentation in your words, clear governance. Your team extends the system itself; we stay available when needed, through blocks of hours. What you get: a system you grow without us.

What we promise. And what we won't do.

An honest approach also names its limits. The commitments we make, and the ones we don't.

Value from phase one

A first process live from phase one, typically within 4 to 8 weeks. Not a prototype, not a demo: a real piece of the system serving your teams. The rest follows in milestones.

Fixed-fee engagements, milestone by milestone

Each milestone is priced as a fixed fee before work starts: you know what it costs and what it delivers. For support after the transfer, blocks of hours, used only when you need them. monday.com licenses are separate, billed by monday or through their partner program; our preferred rates are passed on to you.

We won't sell you monday.com if it isn't the answer

If one of your current tools already does the job, we'll say so plainly. And we won't push heavy customization when a process change is more effective.

No hostage system

Your data, your access, your monday.com environment: it all belongs to you. If you keep us after the transfer, it's by choice, not because we locked the system.

What you want to know before calling.

Your question isn't here? You'll talk to the person who would do the work.

Discuss your operations

How long does a first phase take?

Typically 4 to 8 weeks for a first process in production, on your real work. Each following phase moves in milestones, with the lessons of the previous one. And we never promise a date before mapping your operations.

How do you bill?

Fixed-fee engagements by milestone, or blocks of hours for support phases. monday.com licenses are separate, billed by monday or through their partner program, where we hold preferred rates that we pass on to our clients.

What happens if we want to stop after one stop?

Every stop delivers something usable on its own: a map, a validated plan, or a live workflow. Your monday.com environment, your data and your access belong to you. You can continue without us, and call us back when the time is right.

Last stop

Your system should give you
direction.

Book your time slot: 30 minutes, no commitment. Then:

You talk to the person who would do the work. In English or French.
You leave with the first process to structure. We name the starting point, whether you continue with us or not.

Not ready to book? Write to us: a real person reads your message within one business day.
