AI that works. Not AI that impresses.
Email, documents, bids, customer support: AI extends well beyond monday.com and Odoo. We start from the process to transform, pick the platform that fits your data and your stack, and deliver recovered hours — not a pilot project that sleeps in a drawer.
Three fields of work.
Business process automation
- Multi-system orchestration: email, documents, CRM, ERP, ticketing
- Event-triggered workflows with AI steps
- Human-in-the-loop checkpoints for sensitive decisions
Enterprise AI platforms
- Claude (Anthropic): long-form reasoning, document synthesis, cross-cutting analysis
- ChatGPT (OpenAI): everyday usage, custom GPTs, API integration
- Microsoft Foundry and IQ: for organizations anchored in Microsoft 365
AI assistants and agents
- OpenClaw: self-hosted open-source agent — your data stays home
- Viktor: an "AI coworker" in Slack and Teams, multi-step tasks
- Custom agents: Claude, GPT or open-source models depending on context
How we pick the platform
- Data sensitivity: on-premise only? Cloud? Canadian sovereignty?
- Existing stack: Microsoft 365? Google Workspace? Open source?
- Usage profile: an autonomous agent that executes, or an assistant that answers?
Typical use cases
- Automatic triage and summary of inbound email
- Construction blueprint reading and quantity extraction
- Bid generation from templates and client data
- First-level customer support assistant
- Unified internal search (SharePoint, Drive, Slack, monday, Odoo)
- An agent that preps your meetings from internal documents
We don't sell AI. We use it.
Our own products are built on the technologies we recommend. OCR by Horizon reads supplier invoices with AI and structures them in monday.com — an AI agent in production, not a slide-deck promise.
And when AI isn't the right answer to your problem, we say so. A simple automation often costs less and breaks less.
Data and compliance first
Every deployment starts with the data question: what can go to the cloud, what stays home, what Law 25 requires. We configure, we document, and your teams know exactly what the AI sees — and what it doesn't.
Frequently asked questions.
Where should an SMB start with AI?
With a process that hurts, not a trendy technology. Email triage, bid preparation, document reading: we identify the process where AI saves measurable hours every week, deliver it, then extend. The first use case pays for the next.
Which platform: Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft?
It depends on three criteria: the sensitivity of your data (cloud, on-premise, Canadian sovereignty), your existing stack (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, open source) and the usage profile (on-demand assistant or autonomous agent). We recommend the platform that fits your reality — not the one that suits us.
Is our data safe with AI?
It's the first question we ask, not the last. For sensitive data, self-hosted options like OpenClaw keep everything on your premises. For cloud, we configure enterprise plans (Claude Team/Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise) where your data isn't used to train models. And we document it all for your Law 25 compliance.
Will AI replace our employees?
Our approach: AI takes the repetitive tasks, your people keep the decisions. We configure human-in-the-loop checkpoints for anything sensitive — approvals, disputes, client communications. The goal is for your teams to deliver more, not to disappear.
What is an AI agent, concretely?
An assistant answers when you talk to it; an agent executes multi-step tasks: it reads the inbound email, extracts the data, creates the item in your system, drafts the reply and asks for validation. Our product OCR by Horizon is exactly that, applied to supplier invoices.
Do we need monday.com or Odoo first?
No. This service covers AI beyond those platforms: email, documents, customer support, internal search. If you use monday.com or Odoo, their native AI is configured in our respective implementations — and everything complements.
