Who is texting you?
Lexi, Horizon Nord's AI assistant. Lexi is an artificial intelligence: she tells you so in her first text and confirms it whenever you ask. She texts from our public number, (438) 230-6673. Meetings are held with a real person on our team.
Why are you receiving our texts?
Because you sent us a request (a form on our website, a Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn form, a booking or a call) and gave us your cell number. Lexi texts you about that request only:
- a first text shortly after your request, if you have not yet picked a meeting time;
- a few follow-ups at most, several days apart, during business hours;
- her replies whenever you text her, at any time.
Without a new request from you, follow-ups stop no later than 6 months after your last request. Lexi can share the prices published on our website, never a quote: for your project, one of our consultants confirms the scope and the price.
How to stop

We stop everything (texts, follow-up emails and calls): by text, within minutes; by email, within 10 business days at the latest. You receive one confirmation at most, then nothing more.
No charge from us: only your usual cell plan fees may apply.
