A former construction and landscaping business owner, he has lived the trade on both sides: the field (job sites, crews, subcontractors) and the office (bidding, costs, progress billing). Before the agency, he guided Quebec contractors, general and specialty, through monday.com deployments to structure bidding, projects and cost tracking.
