Horizon Nord builds and implements operations systems in monday.com. Our work includes configuration, training and ongoing support. We offer Direction by Horizon for construction and build custom workflows for construction materials manufacturers, suppliers and distributors.
How is Direction by Horizon different from a custom monday.com project?
Direction by Horizon is a customizable system in monday.com with bidding, projects, purchasing, time, budgets and billing already connected for construction. A custom project starts with your company’s processes and current environment. We choose the starting point based on the workflows you need and what already works for your team.
Can we use Horizon Clock or OCR without Direction by Horizon?
Horizon Clock, OCR by Horizon and the other Horizon apps are available exclusively with Direction by Horizon. Mobile hours feed time entries; invoice reading prepares information for review in accounts payable. Your proposal identifies the apps included in your setup.
Can we keep our accounting software?
Yes. Your team can keep QuickBooks Online, Acomba, Sage or its current accounting software. Operations, budgets, purchases and invoice preparation are tracked in monday.com. The connection to accounting is part of the agreed project scope.
We already use monday.com. Do we have to start over?
We first review your boards, automations and the workflows your team actually uses. We identify what can be kept, adapted or connected before defining the project. When Direction by Horizon is a good fit, we plan the transition with your team.
What will the project cost, and how long will it take?
Your proposal sets out the scope, stages, price and timeline. These depend on the modules or processes selected, users, data to bring over and connections needed. monday.com subscriptions, implementation services and ongoing support are identified separately.
Do AI agents make decisions for us?
Agents prepare information, perform authorized tasks and flag exceptions. Your team keeps the approvals and decisions defined in the workflow. Agent access, limits and human review steps are set during configuration.
Are training and support included?
We train users around their roles and everyday tasks, in English or French, using your projects and workflows. Documentation, launch support and ongoing assistance are defined in your proposal.
What happens during the first call?
The discovery call lasts 45 minutes with Guillaume, in English or French. We discuss your tools and a specific workflow that takes too much time. We then identify the next step: a Direction by Horizon demo, a review of your monday.com environment or scoping a project.
