The whole business, one system.
Sales, website, inventory, production, accounting, payroll: Odoo covers the complete operation in one integrated open-source suite. As an Odoo partner in Quebec, we implement the relevant apps — configured for GST/QST and Canadian standards — then train your teams, in French and English.
A complete perimeter, implemented in phases.
When the organization is scattered across five or six tools that don't talk to each other, Odoo consolidates everything into one platform. We implement in phases: each phase delivers a perimeter your teams actually use.
- Sales, CRM, quotes and subscriptions
- Website, e-commerce and point of sale
- Inventory, purchasing and warehouse management
- Manufacturing: BoMs, production orders, MRP
- Accounting and invoicing to Canadian standards
- HR, payroll and time tracking
- Migration from QuickBooks, Excel or an aging ERP
- Training and autonomy transfer included
Configured for Quebec
- GST/QST, fiscal positions and required reports
- Canadian accounting standards
- CCQ specifics for construction
- Interface and training in French and English
Odoo's AI, configured by default.
Same as with monday.com: native AI is part of the implementation, not a phase 2 billed separately.
- Odoo AI Agents with configurable roles and instructions
- Inline AI fields: summaries, analyses, classifications in CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting
- Conversational business analytics: sales figures, forecasts, trends
- Automatic sorting of inbound documents (invoices, delivery slips, RFPs)
- Claude (Anthropic) connection via API for long-form reasoning
monday.com and Odoo, together
Partnering with both platforms, we know when one is enough and when the two complement each other: monday.com for project steering and the field, Odoo for the management suite. We configure the bidirectional connection between them.
And we'll tell you honestly if Odoo isn't the right answer for you — that's what a partner is for.
A compass, not a treasure map.
Our four-step method, designed to deliver value from the first milestone — not at the very end of the project.
1 · Map
Your real processes, your data flows, your pain points. We listen before we configure.
2 · Design
App selection, chart of accounts, flow architecture — validated with your teams.
3 · Deploy in milestones
Each phase ships a usable perimeter. No tunnel effect.
4 · Transfer
Training and documentation: your teams become autonomous.
Frequently asked questions.
Why use an integrator instead of implementing Odoo ourselves?
Odoo looks approachable, but a solid implementation rests on structural choices: chart of accounts, inventory flows, bills of materials, access rights. Set up wrong, they're expensive to fix once data is in production. An integrator gets them right the first time — and trains you for what's next.
Odoo Community or Odoo Enterprise?
Community is open source and free; Enterprise adds the advanced apps (full accounting, payroll, advanced manufacturing, AI) and Odoo.sh hosting. The right choice depends on the modules you need and your tolerance for self-hosting. We give you a straight recommendation in the consultation — sometimes it's Community.
Does Odoo handle GST/QST and Quebec accounting?
Yes. Odoo supports Canadian and Quebec taxes (GST/QST), the required reports and Canadian accounting standards. We configure the chart of accounts, fiscal positions and reports for your reality — including CCQ specifics in construction.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
It depends on the number of apps and the complexity of your flows. We implement in phases: each phase delivers a usable perimeter (for example sales and CRM first, inventory next, accounting after). The precise schedule is framed in the free consultation.
Can we start with just a few modules?
Yes — and it's usually what we recommend. Odoo is modular: we start with the perimeter that fixes your biggest pain point, then extend. Your teams adopt one tool at a time instead of changing everything at once.
Can we use monday.com and Odoo together?
Yes. Many organizations run both: monday.com for project steering and field operations, Odoo for the full management suite. We partner with both platforms and configure bidirectional connectors between them.
