monday.com Training for Your Team

Your team learns inside its own monday.com environment, using the boards and responsibilities that actually move operations forward. The engagement includes the documentation and knowledge transfer needed to keep the system from depending on one person.

This service is built for companies. It does not lead to an individual certification and is separate from a public course.

When the knowledge leaves, the system becomes fragile.

The monday.com owner leaves, changes roles or simply runs out of time. Automations become risky to touch, new employees learn by trial and error, and parallel spreadsheets return.

An opaque architecture

Your team uses the boards every day, but no one can clearly explain why the statuses, connections and automations were built that way.

One indispensable person

Changes, access and corrections wait for the one person who still knows the original decisions.

Inconsistent onboarding

Every new user receives a different version of the rules. Data quality and adoption quietly decline.

Training follows your real work.

We begin with an assessment of your environment. The training is then built around the roles, decisions and operations your team must take over.

Understand

Why the boards, statuses, connections and automations exist, and which decisions they should prepare.

Use

How each role updates information, identifies exceptions and keeps records complete.

Change

How to evolve the system without breaking dependencies, reports or another team's work.

Transfer

How to onboard the next people and preserve system logic in documentation your team can maintain.

Your team leaves with more than a presentation.

Role-based sessions

Administrators, process owners and users see what they actually own. Training can be delivered in English or French.

Tailored documentation

Architecture, usage rules, responsibilities, sensitive automations and onboarding steps are documented in a format your team can maintain.

Controlled corrections

Problems discovered during the assessment are prioritized. Approved improvements can be added before or during training.

Continuity plan

Access, board owners and next responsibilities are clarified to reduce dependence on a single person.

Training in the language of your operations.

Construction

General and specialty contractors, project teams and real estate developers.

Estimating, jobsites, costs, change orders, drawings, deficiencies, billing and field-office coordination.

Building supply chain

Building product and component manufacturers, suppliers and distributors serving construction.

Quotes, orders, production, purchasing, inventory, product documentation and jobsite delivery.

The conversation starts with someone who knows the field.

Guillaume McGee, monday.com Practice Lead at Horizon Nord

Guillaume scopes the training with your team.

As monday.com Practice Lead, Guillaume has operated construction and landscaping businesses. He understands the operations that must continue during knowledge transfer and also leads the sales conversation, so the engagement matches the reality of your team.

An engagement sized to the environment you need to transfer.

Training is priced as a company engagement. The scope depends on the number of roles, boards and processes to document.

Is this monday.com training for beginners?

The engagement adapts to your team's level, but always starts from your boards, processes and responsibilities to transfer. This is separate from a generic public course.

Can you train our team in our current environment?

Yes. We work directly in your monday.com environment after a short assessment of its architecture and points of fragility.

What if our monday.com owner has left?

We first document the environment, automations and important decisions, then train the people who will take ownership.

Do we receive documentation?

Yes. The documentation is tailored to your system and handed to your company for future onboarding and environment maintenance.

Can you also fix or improve our boards?

Yes. Useful improvements can be added after the assessment. They are scoped and approved before configuration begins.

Transfer the system before more of the knowledge disappears.

A 30-minute working session with no commitment. You speak with Guillaume about your environment, the people to train and the responsibilities to secure.
