Map
Intensive 2 to 3 day workshop with your key team. We observe your processes as they really are, not as documented. We identify friction points, workarounds, real bottlenecks.
Deliverable: mapping report, monday product recommendation (Work Management, CRM, Service, Dev), relevant AI scope, initial pricing.

Design
System architecture, data model, object hierarchy, key automations. We show you clickable prototypes. You validate before we build for real.
Deliverable: design document, navigable prototype, milestone deployment plan.

Deploy in milestones
Progressive go-live, milestone by milestone. The first in production in 4 to 6 weeks. User testing, adjustments, rollout. Then the next milestone — with lessons from the previous one.
Deliverable: each milestone = one module in production, used by your teams, measured.

Transfer
Cohort training, train-the-trainer sessions for your power users, custom internal documentation. At the end, your team evolves the system without us. We stay available — by choice, not necessity.
Deliverable: certified power users, documentation base, internal governance plan.
